La forme standard est [tex]ax^2+bx+c[/tex]

La forme canonique est [tex]a(x-\alpha)^2+\beta[/tex]

[tex]f(x)=x^2+6x+7=x^2+2\times 3 \times x + 7 = (x+3)^2-3^2+7=(x+3)^2-2[/tex]

Parce que [tex](x+3)^2=x^2+6x+9 <=>x^2+6x=(x+3)^2-9[/tex]

et donc:

[tex]a=1\\\\\alpha=-3\\\\\beta=-2[/tex]

[tex]g(x)=-2x^2-8x+1=-2(x^2+4x)+1=-2\left( (x+2)^2-2^2\right)+1\\\\=-2(x+2)^2+8+1=-2(x+2)^2+9\\\\a= -2\\\\\alpha=-2\\\\\beta=9[/tex]

[tex]h(x)=-x^2+x-1=-(x^2-x)-1=-\left( (x-\dfrac{1}{2})^2-\dfrac{1}{2^2}\right)-1\\\\=-(x-\dfrac{1}{2})^2+\dfrac{1}{4}-1\\\\=-(x-\dfrac{1}{2})^2-\dfrac{3}{4}\\\\a=-1\\\\\alpha=\dfrac{1}{2}\\\\\beta=-\dfrac{3}{4}[/tex]

C'est bien i(x)=7x+1 et j(x)=x-x ?

i et j ne sont pas des polynômes du second degré.
